Metallurgical Industry Nickel Powder Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen is on the basis of XZS series rotary vibrating screen to replace the ultrasonic grid, through the ultrasonic power supply and ultrasonic transducer to convert the ultrasonic wave into high frequency mechanical waves, and transmitted to the screen surface, in order to achieve good screening purposes. Metallurgical Industry Nickel Powder Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen is widely used in the screening of ultrafine powder and ultrafine powder.
Metallurgical Industry Nickel Powder Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen can convert the 220V,50HZ or 110V,60HZ electric energy to 18KHZ high frequency electric energy, then, convert it to mechanical vibration of 18KHZ through ultrasonic generator and transmit to the screen mesh. The super-fine powder on the screen mesh will get greater ultrasonic acceleration and avoid a series of screen mesh blocking factors.
Ultrasonic anti-blocking system: Prevents screen blinding by applying high-frequency micro-vibrations, which keep fine nickel particles from sticking to the mesh.
3D rotary vibration: Ensures full particle dispersion for accurate classification and high throughput.
High screening precision: Suitable for sieving nickel powder down to 20μm or finer.
Multi-layer options: Supports 1–5 layers of mesh for multiple-grade separation in one operation.
Stainless steel construction: Ensures corrosion resistance and hygiene, especially important for fine metal powders.

Q1: What is a Nickel Powder Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen used for?
A: It is designed for precise and efficient screening of fine nickel powder, especially in metallurgical, powder metallurgy, battery material, and 3D printing industries. The ultrasonic system prevents mesh clogging and improves screening accuracy for ultra-fine, lightweight, and sticky metal powders.
Q2: Why is ultrasonic vibration important for nickel powder?
A: Nickel powder is fine, cohesive, and tends to block the mesh during conventional screening. The ultrasonic vibration system creates high-frequency micro-vibrations (~36kHz) that keep the mesh clean, preventing blinding and allowing for continuous, high-precision separation.
Q3: Is the machine structure suitable for corrosive materials?
A: Yes. The machine is typically made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance, making it ideal for use with metal powders like nickel.
Q4: How many screen layers are available?
A: The screen can be configured with 1 to 5 layers, enabling multiple particle size separations in a single operation.
Q5: Is it suitable for continuous operation?
A: Absolutely. It is designed for 24/7 industrial applications in demanding environments such as nickel powder production lines, battery material processing, and additive manufacturing.
