Working Principle

When transporting materials, the moving scraper chain pushes them forward, creating pressure along the way. With the weight of the materials themselves and the casing’s side plates keeping them in place, friction forms between material particles—holding the layers steady.

This setup lets the chain overcome the resistance from materials sliding in the trough, pulling them along to form a continuous, steady flow from inlet to outlet.

No welding on head, tail, transition troughs, or bridges.
Head/tail frames and transition troughs must connect tightly, with misalignment (any direction) ≤3mm.
Chain pressers: secure connections, wear ≤6mm.

Head and tail shafts: rotate freely, no jamming or collisions.

Mechanical Transmission
