The maximum high chain speed of the ordinary model is 0.32m/s, and the maximum high chain speed of the grain special model can reach 1.05m/s.
When the chain running speed is greater than 0.5m/s, the upper and lower guide rails are made of wear-resistant plastics, which can not only improve the service life, but also reduce the operating noise of the equipment. In addition, compared with ordinary models, the shell thickness of the grain special model is relatively small, which can reduce the weight of the whole machine and save equipment investment.The design calculation of grain special buried scraper conveyor is the same as that of ordinary buried scraper conveyor.
