1. Daily Maintenance Checks
  • Vibration System Inspection: Listen for unusual noises (e.g., grinding, rattling) from the vibration motor or eccentric shaft. Check that the motor runs smoothly without excessive vibration, which may indicate loose components.

  • Screen Panel Condition: Examine the dewatering screen panel (often made of polyurethane or stainless steel) for cracks, warping, or blockages. Clear accumulated solids from screen apertures—clogs reduce dewatering efficiency and increase load on the motor.

  • Seal and Drainage Check: Inspect rubber seals around the screen frame for leaks (moisture seepage can damage adjacent parts). Ensure the drainage chute is unobstructed to prevent water backflow onto the screen.

2. Regular Preventive Maintenance (Weekly/Monthly)
  • Lubrication: Every 150-200 operating hours, lubricate the vibration motor bearings and eccentric shaft using waterproof lubricants (critical for resisting moisture). Wipe away excess lubricant to avoid attracting dust and debris.

  • Tension and Fastener Check: Monthly, tighten all bolts and nuts on the screen frame, motor base, and support structure. Vibration can loosen fasteners over time, leading to misalignment or component failure.

  • Spring Maintenance: Inspect vibration isolation springs for deformation, cracks, or loss of elasticity. Replace worn springs promptly—damaged springs disrupt vibration frequency and reduce dewatering 效果 (effectiveness).

  • Poor Dewatering Performance: If the final product has excessive moisture, check for screen blockages, worn screen panels, or incorrect vibration amplitude. Adjust the amplitude (via motor settings) or replace the screen if needed.

  • Uneven Vibration: This often stems from unbalanced eccentric weights or misaligned motor mounts. Realign the motor or adjust the eccentric weights to restore balanced vibration.

  • Motor Overheating: Verify that the motor is not overloaded (e.g., due to screen clogs) and check for blocked motor cooling vents. Clean vents and reduce load if necessary; replace the motor if overheating persists.

4. Long-Term Care
  • Seasonal/Quarterly Inspections: Every 3-6 months, conduct a comprehensive check of the screen’s structural integrity—look for corrosion on metal frames (common in wet environments) and treat with anti-corrosive coatings if required.

  • Component Replacement Schedule: Plan proactive replacement of high-wear parts (e.g., screen panels, seals, springs) based on manufacturer recommendations and usage intensity. This avoids unexpected downtime.
