Overview

The vibrating feeder is a crucial equipment in the production process. It can feed massive and granular materials from the storage bin to downstream equipment in an uniform, quantitative, and continuous manner. In aggregate production lines, it also functions to uniformly feed materials into crushing machinery for coarse sieving. Compared with competing products, it has a wider range of applications, being extensively used in metallurgy, coal, mineral processing, building materials, and chemical industries, especially in crushing and sieving combination plants.

Working Principle

Similar to some competing devices, the vibration feeder operates based on the principle of motor - driven vibration. Two motors rotate to produce periodic linear reciprocating vibration and the power that forces the feeder to vibrate. However, our design optimizes the vibration frequency and force transmission. Through vibration, materials slip, sling, and jump on the funnel, moving forward along a parabolic path. Due to the continuous exciting of the vibrating motor, the feed spout vibrates continuously, and the material in the feed spout keeps jumping forward to achieve the feeding purpose. In contrast to competitors, our vibrating feeder can make the material movement more stable and the feeding more uniform.
